Return/Exchange Policy

Stock answer sheets, scanners and other products are returnable up to 30 calendar days post-purchase. Products returned within 30 calendar days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Imprinted and custom orders are NOT returnable. If you have questions, please contact your sales representative.

For stock answer sheets, scanners and other products, a Return Authorization form must be completed electronically. The Return Authorization form will be emailed to the customer providing the information on where to send the shipment and how to mark the packages. All returns must have the Return Authorization form.

Customer is responsible for all original shipping charges, freight cost to return answer sheets, scanners and freight cost on replacement order.

Once incorrect items are received back into the warehouse with an RA form, a credit will be issued against the original invoice for the value of the product less a 15% restocking fee. Apperson reserves the right to NOT ACCEPT returns that are more than 30 days past the original shipment date.
